Writing and review principles

A summary of the product’s writing and review principles, not legal advice. Manuscript review: Your legal, IR and security departments.

  • Only disclosed facts are used, with their disclosure dates; publication and edits are put on hold before quarterly earnings announcements.
  • Technology descriptions are limited to publicly known principles; process conditions, yields, design values, undisclosed customers and roadmaps are left out. The security department confirms this in writing.
  • Figures come only from disclosures, reports and public statistics; no forecasts.
  • No competitor names, no ‘compared with other companies’ sentences, and no ranking or ‘first’ claims.
  • Statements about AI features or performance are used only when backed by substantiating evidence, together with the test conditions.

Topics we do not cover

  • Earnings forecasts; share price or investment recommendations
  • Undisclosed orders or customers
  • Market share rankings; competitor comparison sentences
  • Details of national core technologies
  • Advocacy for subsidy legislation; telecom subsidies
  • Manuscripts meant to push incidents, sanctions or lawsuits out of AI answers or dilute them, and clarification or rebuttal manuscripts

Competitor comparison is a measurement option. Manuscripts contain no competitor names or comparison sentences.

English questions are for measurement. Publishing an English manuscript is a separate matter to be discussed.
