Industry G2

Bio & Healthcare

Covers corporate technology, how to read disclosures, and manufacturing and quality capabilities instead of product names and efficacy. Measures changes in mentions, citations and factual errors across AI questions asked by investors, overseas partners and job seekers.

Audience

Corporate, investor and B2B content for pharmaceutical, biotech, CDMO, CRO, medical device and digital health companies. Content for medical institutions (hospitals and clinics) is not accepted.

Questions customers ask AI

  • What is ○○ modality technology, and why is it drawing attention?
  • How do I read the upfront payment, milestones and royalties in a technology transfer deal?
  • What are ○○'s main pipeline programs and their development stages?

○○ stands for a company or product name. The actual question set is designed in the diagnosis.

Writing and review principles

A summary of the product’s writing and review principles, not legal advice. Manuscript review: Your disclosure officer and IR contact; association pre-review when products are mentioned; headquarters review for multinationals.

  • Product names and efficacy claims are excluded by default. Any content covering a product requires association pre-review and must remain within the approval validity period.
  • No interviews, quotes or endorsements from doctors, pharmacists or professors, no ‘expert’ wording, and no AI-generated people. Even with interview-format production, interviewees are agreed within this rule.
  • Figures in investor manuscripts match the original disclosures and state the disclosure date. Undisclosed information is not accepted.
  • Publication is put on hold around earnings, fundraising and IPOs.
  • Links go only to corporate, IR and careers pages.

Topics we do not cover

  • Product efficacy and safety; manuscripts about prescription drug products
  • Manuscripts on diseases for which you have a flagship prescription drug; doctor interview or roundtable formats
  • Medical institution content; recommendations of hospitals or medical professionals, and treatment cases
  • Undisclosed trials or contracts; forecasts of clinical success
  • Advocacy on drug pricing or reimbursement policy
  • Expressions such as ‘no side effects’ or ‘complete cure’
  • Manuscripts meant to push incidents, sanctions or lawsuits out of AI answers or dilute them, and clarification or rebuttal manuscripts

No competitor comparison on medical or pharmaceutical topics.

English-question measurement applies to investor and B2B questions.
